At Akritii, we strive to deliver high-quality artificial jewellery. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing video and clear images are provided as proof.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, email us at support@akritii.com with your order number and proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Earrings (unless damaged or wrong product received)
Used or worn jewellery
Products without original packaging
Items purchased during sale/clearance (if marked non-returnable)
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer after collecting bank details.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently offer replacement only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
