At akritii.com, we understand how exciting it is to receive your new jewelry. We strive to deliver your pieces safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Timelines

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like extreme weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹299. For orders below this, a flat fee of ₹50 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹80 is applicable on all COD orders to cover additional handling costs.

4. Safe Packaging & Damage

Your jewelry is precious. We use multi-layer, tamper-proof packaging with bubble wrap to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Crucial: If you receive a package that is torn, crushed, or open, please do not accept it and contact our support team immediately at [Email/Phone].

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your package via the link sent to your registered email/mobile number. Most of our shipments are sent through reputable partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, or Xpressbees.

6. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and pin code at checkout.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after 3 attempts, we can re-ship the order for an additional shipping fee.
